Kitchen & Dining area venue hire includes:

Standard cutlery, crockery, glassware and napkins
• Full equipped kitchens
• Back of house cleaner
• Tables and chairs

Surcharges
• A surcharge of R1800 per hour will apply should the event run beyond the agreed time
as well as terms and conditions as per the contract.
• A surcharge of R350 per guest will apply should the number of guests go over and above
the maximum number of guests agreed upon as per the contract.

Deposit and payment confirmation:
1. All prices are valid for 7 (seven) days only from the date of the quotation.
2. A 50% (fifty percent) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance
is payable 7 (seven) days before the date of the event.
3. No date or venue will be reserved until a 50% (fifty percent) deposit has been received.
4. No event will proceed without a signed contract and full payment upfront.
5. Final numbers and catering options must be confirmed at least 10 (ten) days prior the event.
6. All incidental costs (including but not limited to additional items not quoted or paid for
upfront prior to the event such as last-minute increases in numbers, extra beverages, meals,
equipment etc.) must be paid for in full within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the event on receipt
of a final invoice.
7.Should a special meal be required, Osiuma needs to be notified at least 72 (seventy-two) hours
prior to arrival and the following surcharge will apply:
– Halaal Meal – R250.00 (two hundred and fifty rand) per person
– Kosher Meal – R350.00 (three hundred and fifty rand) per person
8. A refundable deposit of R1500 (one thousand five hundred rand) will apply which will cover
any loss or breakages incurred during the event.
