This 1-year certificate programme comprises of 43 modules, these modules will enable our students to excel in their chosen culinary career path and be proficient in professional cookery, management, food costing,food and beverage as well as health and safety

Minimum entry requirements:  NQF Level 2 | Gr 10 | 18 years of age
