Course Summary:

This programme is an entry level skills programme to the hospitality industry with regards to the food and beverage element, where learners will be skilled in the preparation of food and drinks. This programme will enable learners to conduct a full drinks and table service in a professional and organised manner. This qualification allows learners to work in all sectors of the hospitality and culinary industry from small to large establishments.

Minimum entry requirements:  NQF Level 3 | Gr 11 | 18 years of age
Duration: One-year full time
